By creating an account or using any part of the HiveHR platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You may use HiveHR only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the platform to post false information, harass other users, reverse-engineer any part of the service, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. HiveHR is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.
All content, features, and functionality of the HiveHR platform — including software, text, graphics, logos, and AI models — are owned by HiveHR Career Platform and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you upload (resumes, cover letters, profile information). By uploading content, you grant HiveHR a limited, non-exclusive licence to use that content solely to provide and improve the service to you.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days' notice.
HiveHR is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, resume quality, or job match accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HiveHR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
